Phone Appends:
LeadPro DataSytems has the ability to add phone numbers to your mailing list. You provide the list we can provide the phones. We can provide you with phone numbers for either residential or business lists. Our residential phone append service appends the 10 digit phone number ,time zone code as well as flagging for the DMA DNC. The business file will not be flagged for any type DNC.
| Reverse Append:
Reverse Append matches your customer or prospect file to our consumer database. Where a match exists, you will be supplied with a phone number. Standard Match Percentages range from 40% to 60% depending on the data on your file.
| Name Splitting (Parsing):
Accurately splits full and inverse name, genderizing prefixes Splits city/state/zip fields
Can split multi-word name parts like “Dr. & Mrs.” or “O'Connor”.

| CASS CERTIFICATION:
Want to qualify for reduced rates on your bulk mailings? Have LeadPro DataSystems CASS certify all of your addresses. CASS stands for Coding Accuracy Support System. It is the process that the Post Office uses to certify that an address is valid, is entered correctly, and has the correct zip+4, route, and delivery point information. In order for an address to be included in an Automated Bulk Mailing it must be CASS certified within the last 6 months. In order for an address to be included in a Carrier Route Bulk Mailing it must be CASS certified within the last 90 days.
| Area Code Updates:
LeadPro DataSystems is able to verify and the Area Code + Prefix of telephone and fax numbers in a list. In addition, we can update your phone list with new Area Codes, correct missing or wrong area codes, check for distance errors and apply a standard format to phone numbers. All of these operations are done in a single pass on two phone numbers field at the same time. The result is an up-to-date phone number list that is more accurate. LeadPro DataSystems can append Error Codes to your list that indicates the type of problem.
| Number Formatting:
Another powerful product LeadPro DataSystems offers, is number formatting. If you have lists with phone numbers that have been entered in different formats, LeadPro DataSystems will clean them up for you in no time at all. You select one of six predefined formats or select a custom one, Practical Marketing will format good records to the selected format.
